 This is currently my FAVORITE recipe. I first used it on a pork loin, but after trying it on a sirloin tip roast there was no going back! I love to have it over a sweet potato for breakfast, lunch and dinner :) Its more labor intensive than I usually like, but I make a HUGE batch and have it for a week.
